Instructions for arrival and check-in

Apartments BEST I has no 24/7 reception desk. The staff can be found in the property during housekeeping only (which is no more than several hours a day). The reception staff or the responsible person (provider) should be contacted by phone about 15 minutes before arrival at the following phone numbers:

Upon prior agreement, the responsible person will await guests in the apartments.

For a guest with a valid reservation a self check-in (without reception staff) is also possible (upon prior agreement only). Guests can self check-in on the day of arrival anytime after 2 PM.

Opening the main gate

If the main gate is closed, enter the courtyard through the small gate – turn the knob on the gate to the left and enter.

If you have an access code (from the provider), you can open the main gate by entering the code on the keypad located on the post next to the small gate (from the courtyard side). If you do not have a code, you can open the gateway later with the remote control. Park the car on the right side – use oblique parking.

Opening the apartment

Look up your apartment – apartments no. 1 and 3 are located on the ground floor, apartments 2 and 4 are upstairs. Open the apartment with the access code (if you have one) – enter the code and pull the door and then push it (within 3 seconds). If the apartment keys are in the door lock, you can use them to enter.

The apartment keys also contain a remote control for the main gate – if it is closed and you need to open it, press the “A” button (the main gate will open). For closing the main gate press the “A” button again.

Warning!
There is no handle on the outside of the apartment door – there is a knob only. Be careful to avoid getting locked out from the apartment!

Check-in

In the apartment you can find Basic information for guests – please read them carefully right upon your arrival. Then, fill in the Notice of the stay form and inform the provider of your arrival by telephone. If you check-in after 10 PM, please contact the provider next morning to complete the arrival process.
